San Cristobal - Revelation

You know those moments where you find yourself in the right place at the right time? That was how it felt when an Ashton rep hooked me up with a San Cristobal Revelation. The San Cristobal brand was born from a great relationship between Jose & Jaime Garcia and Robert & Sathya Levin, the father-and-son owners of iconic Ashton cigars. Together they explored a partnership and in 2006 launched a new endeavor…San Cristobal.

My first thought was the gorgeous, brown wrapper. It looks like a fantastic cigar…and it is. The band is bright and colorful. Light up and draw were smooth. The flavors were smooth and consistent throughout the entire cigar. I didn’t experience any issues relating to a tough draw or needing to relight. A delightful, medium-bodied smoke from beginning to end. One that I recommend you give a try if you haven’t.

Not sure if this one is for you? You will be a fan if you enjoy other medium-bodied cigars. Especially those from the Ashton and La Aroma de Cuba lines.
