The Story
One of my favorite parts of every cigar is that it tells a story. From the tobacco fields of Nicaragua, to the Oak trees of Connecticut, to the generations of family lineages and the partnerships between cigar companies. Cigars are more than something to enjoy, they tell a story; our story.
“Malka” is the same. Malka is the cigar that I wanted to bring to life to help begin to tell my story. At the foundation of my story is Jesus. I’m actually a 4th generation pastor. The story and life of Jesus has always been a part of me.
I wanted my first cigar to reflect this incredibly important part of my life. I also wanted it to be a strong and bold first cigar to bring to life. The name “Malka” is an Aramaic word that simply means, “The King.” And Jesus is the King.
The cigar
I really wanted my first cigar to be one that not only everyone else could enjoy, but one that I enjoyed smoking daily. So I focused on finding tobaccos and elements that make up a good cigar to me. The end result is what you have in “Malka.”
Malka is a super-premium cigar, with Nicaraguan long filler. The triple cap and a closed foot are reminiscent of the classic Cuban cigar. With a strong Mexican San Andrés wrapper and premium Nicaraguan binder & filler, this cigar is a must have in your humidor.
